At the time, he was working for a Midlands dealer alongside Martin Dodd who is now a Swift Sales Development Manager. This means Paul, Martin and other members of the Swift team have talked about a Choose Leisure / Swift partnership for years. However, with a consistently full forecourt, it didn't seem feasible to take on another manufacturer unless a site expansion was on the cards.
As you might have read in our news, Paul initially set his sights on expanding the workshops in 2019 which, in effect, would allow for more forecourt space so a partnership was agreed!
However, the 2020 pandemic delayed these plans and they finally came to fruition in the summer of 2022.
Like Paul, the rest of the team is no stranger to selling Swift, having been a staple of our used motorhome sales year on year. This is no doubt down to their looks, comprehensive range of layouts and, of course, build quality. As a result, we're always looking to buy used Swift motorhomes too.
