"What a great experience from start to finish! We arrived to have look what was on offer as we were thinking of upgrading our motorhome to a Carthago which we had always admired, no pressure as we looked at a selection of vans, the salesman introduced himself Elliot and asked us if we needed any information or help just ask and left us to view which I liked no pressure. Elliot kindly gave us a valuation on our van which we were happy with. A week later we returned and saw James as Elliot had that day off. After another look around the Carthago we liked we made the deal! Collected our dream 9 days later and what a superb handover by Dawn who certainly knows her stuff. "Amazing service from Choose Leisure.
We were made to feel welcome straight away with a wide selection of vans in our price range. We were left to have a wonder without being pressurised which we really appreciated as we had a few things we needed to discuss in private.
Elliot, was very knowledgeable and very welcoming, his knowledge assisted us in making our minds up. He made the process in buying our first motorhome a pleasure. The service Choose Leisure offered was excellent and any snags in the van were all sorted before they would let us take delivery.
The handover with Dawn, was absolutely excellent and she answered all of our questions with a smile, even though she had probably heard them a million times before. We really appreciated the time she spent showing us how everything worked.

We chose the kemerton xl for the style and layout. Elliot was there to help with our part exchange and made it all very easy. "Fabulous experience from start to finish. Visited Choose Leisure (recommended by a family member) with a view to looking at a VW California Campervan. We had done our homework and knew what we were looking for, albeit not really planning on going ahead with a purchase until spring 26.
Met James who was incredibly helpful (no hard sell) and staff were happy for leave us to it and peruse without breathing down our necks. Initially our heads were turned by a Transporter conversion, which admittedly had been done to a very high standard.
Having left to have a think, we then went back the following day to view a California. Well, we couldn’t leave without paying a deposit.
Serviced and collected 3 weeks later. Thank you Choose Leisure! We highly recommend - good old fashioned service, which sadly, is virtually non-existent these days".
We just wanted to say thank for our new Swift motorhome! There are good companies and fantastic companies, Choose Leisure are the best, you won’t find better! In this day and age, it is rare to find a company with old school standards of service.
Choose Leisure should be very proud of their staff, from the first friendly welcoming smile at the reception desk, helpful sales staff and very experienced service engineers, you won’t find better.
We have just purchased our second vehicle from Choose Leisure, a lovely Swift Voyager 540, we couldn’t be happier! There is no hard sell, simply caring and listening to our exact needs in a very friendly way. We dealt with Elliot and he guided us through both of our purchases. Elliot could not help us enough, we had coffees brought to us and left us alone to decide on the purchase there was no pushy salesman with him. even after we bought the motorhome he still greeted us and helped us in every aspect and beyond. we can honestly say we were very impressed with Elliot and dawn who done the handover with us which was at least 2 hours plus. all the motorhomes are open and you can go in and out of them, not like some sites we have been to where you have to give a code on the van to get the keys and the salesmen are on you from the off.
