They’ll get to know what makes you tick, what you need from your motorhome and, of course, where your adventures might take you. Whether you’re a seasoned motorhome enthusiast or just starting to explore the lifestyle, they’re here to help you find the right motorhome, the right deal and the perfect fit for your lifestyle and dreams. After all, choosing a motorhome should be as exciting as the adventures it takes you on!
When the big day arrives and customers come to collect their motorhome, Mark and Dawn make sure they receive a thorough handover, so they know exactly how everything works before setting off on their adventures.
Whether you’re completely new to the motorhome world or a seasoned pro, they tailor the handover to suit you, making sure it’s informative, easy to follow and — as customers often tell us — a good laugh along the way!
Having been here for over 15 years, Steve's one of the original crew. Having done handovers for many years, he now looks after the motorhomes just before handover. Steve has a good eye for those final, all-important details that will make you proud to collect your new motorhome, like preparing the keys, adding our Choose Leisure badge, fixing sparkly new number plates and putting fuel in the tank. You may also still see him do the odd handover from time to time.
Reception might be the first place you come to, but here, you never have to worry about getting passed from pillar to post. Anyone can — and will — answer the phone or welcome you when you arrive!
We don’t really do ‘back-office’ at Choose Leisure. Clare, Pam and Bianca work in an open-plan area of the showroom, right in the heart of the action, so they’re always on hand to help, get involved and keep things moving. But their roles don’t stop there — they have their hands in many aspects of the day-to-day running of the business, helping to keep everything behind the scenes running as smoothly as the customer-facing side. They’re very much part of the action, wherever that action happens to be!
