"I recently bought a VW Campervan. The process was smooth and professional. I found the staff and management to be friendly and customer focused. On handover day I was collected from the rail station and when I arrived at the venue where Steve explained the various functions on the van. This included supplying an electric hook up cable, passenger and driver floor mats and a gas bottle. The sales person, Charlotte, was very professional which helped in the smooth sales process which included completion of the DVLA change of keeper and the VEL (the cost of the VEL falls to the customer).
