"Well, it is just unbelievable the bad luck I have had with the fitted Whale submersible water pump on my Autosleepers Stanton. The original has been replaced twice now, and both have failed within a couple of days, I can only assume that Whale had a dodgy batch of components. Even though Choose Leisure were extremely busy and half of their staff were on furlough Charlie Joiner the service manager pulled all of the stops out to get me repaired and back to my holiday. He and his technicians were at a complete loss as to why the pumps kept failing. However with Autosleepers OK an alternative pump was fitted and is proving to be very reliable. The level of service and care I have received from Choose Leisure and Charlie has been unprecedented. I would encourage anyone to consider buying from an independent family run company such as Choose Leisure as the level of service and customer care just can not be offered by a multi branched dealer.
