We feel truly compelled to let you and other potential customers know how pleased we have been with the service that you've provided. As newbies to the Campervan scene we were a little apprehensive about who best to approach about this major purchase. Camping & Caravanning Club accreditations and positive reviews on Google are great but realistically we didn't really know Choose Leisure from any of the other dealers in the area. We know now that we need not have worried. We thank Jonathan and Dominic for their patience in dealing with our numerous questions and for putting a deal together that was acceptable to us all. We thank Steve for his educational and entertaining 3 hour handover and for giving us the assurance that we can always call him if we have questions in the future. We thank Stuart and Charlie for their sterling customer service and for going over and above to resolve the inevitable new camper snags that we experienced on our recent holiday. We thank everyone for their fine hospitality (countless offers of Tea/Coffee/Ice cream/Champagne/Biscuits and a chauffeur service to/from Canterbury), the courtesy calls to let us know that funds have been received and the gesture of expensed local campsite stays. It's clear that this organisation is truly customer focused and we thank you for making our purchase a positive experience. You have surpassed our expectations.
