"We came to visit the business a week ago with the view to talk to someone about a motor home . Reception was very friendly and we were introduced to Elliot ,a member of the sales team . We were shown two very good motor homes and soon signed up to purchase a 4 year old Bailey advance. Elliot was very knowledgable and understanding and we must commend him for his friendly manner and the seamless way the paperwork was sorted out . Today he met us again and introduced us to Mark ,who went through the ins/ outs and do s and don’t s of the van ,which was presented in immaculate condition.. There was a mass of information which was explained in depth ,I even had ago at some button pressing . As new owners and novices we were very impressed with Elliot and Mark . They are a credit to the team and we felt well supported on the start of our new adventure . We will of course be in touch with any concerns, the team is just a phone call away . Thank you all ".
