Right from the very first contact with your staff they have proved themselves to be of an excellent standard. Jack was the first person I spoke to discuss what stock was available and the expected delivery time, and true to his word sent out specifications that day for us to look at. Elliott was the sales person that handled to complete sale from start to finish. His approach to the customer experience was second to none, nothing was to much trouble and always very courteous and the needs of the customer was always his first priority throughout the process, an excellent level of professionalism was always displayed. He along with all the staff we have been in contact with are a show case as to how to deal with customers both before and after a sale has taken place. Mark was on hand to deliver a through and informative handover session. Pam the receptionist was on the front desk when we arrived and was very kind in giving us a lift into and pick up from Canterbury, and she also spoke very highly of the company and the way it treats the staff, this shows in the attitude and enthusiasm they display. James the technician was tasked with dealing with a couple of issues that had occurred during our first trip. It was nice to ring up and speak with the service department and explain and be assured that nothing was to much trouble. I was also impressed that James also took the time to come through and explain exactly what was carried out and point out why the issues had occurred in the first place, this is a very rare quality of service these days.
