"Well, it is just unbelievable the bad luck I have had with the fitted Whale submersible water pump on my Autosleepers Stanton. The original has been replaced twice now, and both have failed within a couple of days, I can only assume that Whale had a dodgy batch of components. Even though Choose Leisure were extremely busy and half of their staff were on furlough Charlie Joiner the service manager pulled all of the stops out to get me repaired and back to my holiday. He and his technicians were at a complete loss as to why the pumps kept failing. However with Autosleepers OK an alternative pump was fitted and is proving to be very reliable. The level of service and care I have received from Choose Leisure and Charlie has been unprecedented. I would encourage anyone to consider buying from an independent family run company such as Choose Leisure as the level of service and customer care just can not be offered by a multi branched dealer. The van had been valeted to a high standard and engineer Mark spent a good length of time to explain all the workings of the van. We’ve noticed a transformation in many aspects of the van since the service. The Mifi fitting is neat, is positioned exactly as requested and gets a signal twice that of my phone despite it being on the same network. Our extensive snagging list has been resolved and we’ve found that you’ve done others things too that we didn’t expect. On top of that the price was below what we expected so we are happy customers. "I got my Autosleepers Stanton (brilliant van) washed and ready to go away after lockdown, doing all the usual checks I couldn’t get my water system running, panic, disaster!! I’m going away Wednesday and no bloody water. I phoned Choose Leisure and spoke to Charlie, the service manager, he ran me through a few checks but nothing worked. He asked me if I could bring the van in and they would have a look, but he warned me that half of the technicians were on furlough and they were snowed under, so IF it needed a new pump I would have to book it in for later. Got there for 10,00 hrs after about 45 minutes Charlie appeared with the bad news, I needed a new pump, but don’t worry, the guys are doing it for you now. Now people, this is one of the benefits of buying from an established family business, You are a person, not just a number, you would seldom get this level of care and service from a multi Branched national dealer. This is my third van from Choose (always Autosleepers) and it is this level of service that gets my repeated custom.
